E. SECOND AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH SOUTHLAND TRANSIT INC. FOR TRANSPORTATION SERVICES The City Council is requested to approve the Second Amendment with Southland Transit Inc. to extend the contract an additional one-year with a term end date of Recommendation: Authorize the City Manager to execute the Second Amendment to the agreement with Southland Transit Inc. for transportation maintenance services.
