D. SECOND AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH WEST COAST ARBORIST, INC. FOR TREE MAINTENANCE SERVICES The City Council is requested to approve the Second Amendment with West Coast Arborist to extend the contract through October 31, 2023 for tree maintenance services. Recommendation: Authorize the City Manager to execute a second amendment to the agreement with West Coast Arborist, Inc. (WCA) for tree maintenance services.
