City Council: Approval of 21 three-year Professional Services Agreements with consulting firms, each in amounts not-to-exceed $150,000 per fiscal year for a total of $450,000 over the three-year period, for as-needed Capital Improvement Program and Land Development services; and authorization for the City Manager to execute the agreements upon the receipt of all supporting documents, including any edits required by the City Attorney that do not result in any addition to the compensation paid to the Consultants
