City Council: Approval of Amendment 2 to the Professional Services Agreement (PSA) with GeoPacifica and Amendment 2 to the PSA with Interwest, each in the amount of $150,000 to allow for a single-year extension of as-needed Capital Improvement Program and Land Development support services; and authorization for the City Manager to execute the amendments upon the receipt of all supporting documents, including any edits required by the City Attorney that do not result in any addition to the compensation paid to the Consultants
