5.4 Award of Contract for Maintenance/Service Agreement for Concrete and Related Street Repairs at Various Locations. RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends that the Mayor and City Council to: A. Award the contract to the lowest and responsible bidder, Nobest Incorporated, in the amount of $239,000, for one year with four one-year renewal options; and B. Authorize the City Manager to execute the contract and future renewals on behalf of the City.
