9) CONSIDERATION OF APPOINTMENTS TO THE CALIFORNIA JOINT POWERS AUTHORITY It is recommended that the City Council consider the Certification of Director and Alternates to the California Joint Powers Insurance Authority (CJPIA) Board of Directors, appointing Mayor Rosario Diaz as Director, and Mayor Pro Tem Brian Tabatabai and Acting Human Resources and Risk Management Director Stephanie Sikkema as alternates to represent the City.
