Item No. 17. 2023-0513 CONSIDER APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO LEIGHTON CONSULTING, INC. AGREEMENT TO PROVIDE SUPPLEMENTAL PHASE II ENVIRONMENTAL STUDY FOR CARRIAGE CREST PARK EXPANSION PROJECT NO. 1368. Recommendation: TAKE the following actions: 1. APPROVE Amendment No. 1 with Leighton Consulting, Inc. for supplemental Phase II Environmental Site Assessment, increasing the contract sum by $28,200 for a total contract sum of $52,050. . 2. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute the contract amendment, following approval as to form by the City Attorney.
