(C20-117) TO EXTEND THE TERM OF THE CONTRACT FOR ONE YEAR AT A NOT-TO-EXCEED COST OF $557,132.00 (CITY COUNCIL) Recommendation: Take the following actions: 1. APPROVE Amendment No. 2 to the Agreement with Alltech Industries, Inc. (Exhibit No. 1; the "Amendment"). 2. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute the Amendment No. 2, following approval as to form by the City Attorney; and Attachments: Amendment No. 2 Alltech FY 2023-2024 AllTech_Contract Extenstion Proposal
