C. SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE CONSULTANT SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH SANDRA MEDRANO TO PROVIDE HOUSING CONSULTANT SERVICES FOR THE CITY’S HOME IMPROVEMENT PROGRAMS The City Council is requested to approve the Second Amendment to the Consultant Service Agreement with Sandra Medrano to assist with administration of the City’s home improvement programs. Recommendation: 1. Review and approve the Second Amendment to the consultant services agreement (Attachment “A”) with Sandra Medrano (Medrano) to provide housing consultant services for Fiscal Year (FY) 2023-24 and increase the total compensation by $43,698, for a total of $151,993; and 2. Authorize the City Manager to finalize and execute the Second Amendment with Medrano for FY 2023-24.
