FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP APPROVAL FOR PARCEL MAP NO. 83734, A THREE- UNIT CONDOMINIUM SUBDIVISION PROJECT AT 5956 ENCINITA AVENUE The City Council is requested to approve the final map to allow the developer to finalize the subdivision and continue the construction for the three attached condominium dwelling units. Recommendation: 1. Review and approve the final subdivision map for Parcel Map No. 83734 (Attachment “A”); and 2. Authorize the City Clerk to certify Parcel Map No. 83734.
