12. Appointment of Members of the Measure BP Stakeholders Oversight Committee (SOC)- Lottery Selection Process It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Conduct a drawing of candidate names by random selection (lottery) for the seven SOC positions, in each of the five categories, as outlined in this report. 2. Certify the selection of the seven (7) SOC members upon completion of the lottery, and pending the Oath of Office at the August 2, 2023 City Council Meeting. STAFF REPORT
