Convene Annual Meeting of Walnut Public Financing Authority - The Walnut Improvement Agency established the Walnut Public Financing Authority for the purpose of issuing bonds, and the Authority is required to hold an annual meeting. The officers of the Authority are the same as the officers of the City Council.
