REQUEST FOR CITY COUNCIL DIRECTION REGARDING THE23-1328 RESEARCH FOR AND POTENTIAL DEVELOPMENT OF AMENDMENTS TO THE CITY’S CANNABIS ORDINANCES RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends the City Council provide direction regarding researching and exploring with the Planning Commission options and amendments to the City’s cannabis regulations to address concerns regarding potential unanticipated business displacement and overconcentration of retail cannabis businesses.
