3-B. CONSIDERATION AND POSSIBLE ACTION TO ADOPT TWO SEPARATE RESOLUTIONS APPROVING MEMORANDUMS OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN (1) THE CITY AND THE MONTEREY POLICE OFFICERS’ MID-MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATION AND (2) THE CITY AND THE MONTEREY PARK POLICE CAPTAINS’ ASSOCIATION, BOTH FOR THE TERM OF JULY 1, 2023 TO JUNE 30, 2025 It is recommended that the City Council consider: (1) Adopt a Resolution approving a Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) between the City of Monterey Park and the Monterey Park Police Officers’ Mid-Management Association (“MPPOMMA”); and (2) Adopt a Resolution approving a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the City of Monterey Park and the Monterey Park Police Captains’ Association (“PCA”); (3) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
