8.d RESOLUTION NO. 2023-61 AUTHORIZING AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO INCREASE THE CONTRACT AMOUNT TO THE ANNUAL TREE MANAGEMENT AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH WEST COAST ARBORISTS. (0940-60) Recommendation: Adopt Resolution No. 2023-61 authorizing the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 1 with West Coast Arborists, Inc. for a not to exceed annual amount of $200,000 and ratify the last two previous year amounts that have gone over the original contract amount of $75,000 due to operational needs.
