4. Ordinance No. 23-05: Zoning Code Amendment to the R-4 Medium High (MH) and R-5 High (H) Zone(s) Recommendation: That the City Council adopt, by title only, and waive further reading of Ordinance No. 23-05, “An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Walnut, amending the Walnut Municipal Code (WMC) Chapter 6.34 (R-4 Medium – High Residential Zone) and 6.35 (R-5 High Residential Zone) to allow for by – right approval of projects with twenty (20%) percent lower income units.”
