Waive further reading and adopt Ordinance No. 23-03, “An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Walnut, California, To Amend the Walnut Municipal Code by Amending Title 3, Chapter 3.16 (Fire Prevention) Adopting by Reference the Los Angeles County Fire Code, 2023 Edition, and Adding Chapter 2.42 (Expedited Permitting for Electric Vehicle Charging Stations) to Title 2.” ORDINANCE:
