2. Urgency Ordinance No. 23-01 and Ordinance No. 23-02; Adding Chapter 3.68 (Trespass on Designated Conservation Areas) and Chapter 3.72 (Trespass on City Property) to Title 3 (Public Health, Safety and Welfare) of the Walnut Municipal Code Recommendation: That the City Council: 1. Adopt by title only and waive further reading of Ordinance No. 23-01 “An Urgency Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Walnut, California, Adding Chapter 3.68 (Trespass on Designated Conservation Areas) and Chapter 3.72 (Trespass on City Property) to Title 3 (Public Health, Safety and Welfare) of the Walnut Municipal Code; and 2. Introduce by title only Ordinance No. 23-02, waive further reading and set for adoption on June 28, 2023, “An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Walnut, California, Adding Chapter 3.68 (Trespass on Designated Conservation Areas) and Chapter 3.72 (Trespass on City Property) to Title 3 (Public Health, Safety and Welfare) of the Walnut Municipal Code”.
