5.1. REQUEST TO APPROVE SITE DEVELOPMENT AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMITS (SDP-2023-00002 AND USE-2023-00008) FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A TWO- STORY CLASSROOM BUILDING AND SITE IMPROVEMENTS. Recommended Action: 1. Open and conduct a public hearing; 2. Find that the request is consistent with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Sections 15314, 15070 to 15075, 15097, 15164; and 3. Adopt a Resolution approving Site Development and Conditional Use Permits (SDP- 2023-00002 and USE-2023-00008) for the construction of a two-story classroom building and site improvements.
