13) CONSIDERATION OF RATIFICATION OF AMENDMENT TO SUBAWARD AGREEMENT WITH COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES AGING AND DISABILITIES DEPARTMENT FOR OLDER AMERICANS ACT FUNDS FOR THE SENIOR MEALS PROGRAM It is recommended that the City Council take the following actions: 1. Ratify Amendment Eleven to Elderly Nutrition Program (ENP) Subaward Number ENP202111 with the County of Los Angeles through its Aging and Disabilities Department and approve the acceptance of Older Americans Act Funds through the subaward; and 2. Authorize the City Manager to negotiate and execute agreements and approve purchase orders for meals from vendors on the County's list of approved caterers.
