3-F. SERVICES AGREEMENT AMENDMENT WITH NETWORK MAGIC, UNLIMITED, INC. FOR NETWORK AND INFRASTRUCTURE SERVICES It is recommended that the City Council consider: (1) Authorizing the Interim City Manager to execute an Amendment with Network Magic, Unlimited, Inc., in a form approved by the City Attorney, to provide network and firewall services for amount not to exceed $228,900; and, (2) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
