AUDITING SERVICES AGREEMENT It is recommended that the City Council consider: (1) Allowing the City Manager to enter into an agreement in a form to be approved by the City Attorney with The Pun Group, LLP for an amount not to exceed $238,000 for auditing services; and (2) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
