3-K. AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT 1932-A1 WITH SA ASSOCIATES FOR CENTRALIZED GROUNDWATER TREATMENT SYSTEM It is recommended that the City Council consider: (1) Authorizing the City Manager to execute an Amendment to Agreement 1932-A1with SA Associates, in a form approved by the City Attorney, for Staffing Augmentation and Construction Management and Inspection Services for an amount not to exceed $497,080; (2) Appropriating $497,080 for the cost of services proposed in the Amendment ($336,000 in city Water Treatment funds and $161,280 in Water Operations funds); and (3) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
