17. Public Hearing on the Draft 2022-2023 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and Home Investment Partnerships (HOME) Programs. RECOMMENDED MOTION: The staff recommend that the City Council: 1. Conduct the public hearing and receive comments on the draft 2022-2023 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER). 2. Approve the 2022-2023 CAPER for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and Home Investment Partnerships (HOME) Programs. 3. Authorize the City Manager, or their designee, to submit the 2022-2023 CAPER to the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). ORDINANCES
