29. Agreement and Purchase Order between the City of Hawthorne and Wrap Bully’s for Police Vehicle Vinyl Wrapping Services. RECOMMENDED MOTION: Staff recommends that the City Council approves the Agreement and Purchase Order and authorize the City Manager to enter into and execute it on the City’s behalf.
