3.7 Westminster Housing Authority Annual Report and Senate Bill 341 Report for Fiscal Year 2022-2023. RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends that the Chair and Authority Board Members: A. Approve the Housing Authority Annual Report for Fiscal Year 2022-2023, which also serves as the compliance document for Senate Bill 341; and B. Authorize the transmittal of the report to the California Department of Housing and Community Development as required by State law; and C.
