Adopt Resolution No. 2023-108 authorizing the City Manager or designee(s) to execute a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the City of Encinitas and Encinitas Battalion Chiefs Association (IAFF) Local 5376 and Adopt Resolution No. 2023-109 approving the Titles and Pay Ranges for the City of Encinitas.
