13. APPROVE AMENDMENT NO. 4 TO AGREEMENT NO. 3937 WITH SPORTFIVE GOLF, LLC FOR\nADDITIONAL ARCHITECTURAL AND ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR THE MONTEBELLO MUNICIPAL\nGOLF COURSE RENOVATION PROJECT\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Approve Amendment No. 4 to Agreement No. 3937 with SPORTFIVE Golf, LLC for additional\narchitectural and engineering services in the amount not-to-exceed $40,410; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the amendment on behalf of the City; and\n3. Amend the Fiscal Year 2023-24 budget by increasing appropriations by $40,410 in Account No. 310-30-\n302-6040.80 (Golf Course Renovation Project, Public Works, Engineering Services); and\n4. Take such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
