Item No. 36. 2023-0688 CONSIDER A GRANT AGREEMENT WITH THE NATIONAL TRUST FOR HISTORIC PRESERVATION IN THE AMOUNT OF $150,000 FOR THE PRODUCTION OF A HISTORIC STRUCTURE REPORT FOR CARSON CITY HALL (CITY COUNCIL) Recommendation: 1. APPROVE a Grant Agreement with the National Trust for Historic Preservation under its Conserving Black Modernism Program, in the amount of $150,000. 2.
