8. APPROVE A GRANT AGREEMENT WITH PROVIDENCE ST. JUDE MEDICAL CENTER\nACCEPTING FUNDING IN THE AMOUNT OF $85,000\nThat the City Council approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a grant agreement with Providence\nSt. Jude Medical Center accepting funding in the amount of $85,000 to fund the cost of a grant writing\nconsultant for health and wellness programs, fitness equipment for senior exercise in the Community Center\nExpansion, and a community garden project at San Miguel de Allende Park.
