LEAGUE, A.\nBARTLE]:\nThe City Council will consider authorizing the\nCity Manager to apply for and, if accepted,\nreceive grant funding in an amount of up to\n$750,000 from the California Department of\nHousing and Community Development\n("HCD") Prohousing Incentive Program\n("PIP") to offset costs associated with the\nHomekey Phase 2 Restoration of Existing\nHolloway Motel in the City’s continued\nimplementation of the 6th Cycle Housing\nElement and the 5-Year Plan to Address\nHomelessness.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Adopt Resolution\nNo. 24-_______ "A RESOLUTION OF THE\nCITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST\nHOLLYWOOD AUTHORIZING APPLICATION\nFOR, AND RECEIPT OF, HCD\nPROHOUSING INCENTIVE PROGRAM\nFUNDS IN AN AMOUNT OF UP TO\n$750,000"; 2) Authorize the City Manager or\ndesignee to apply for and execute the\nAgreement and all necessary contracts,\npayment requests, and amendments to\nsecure the grant funds; and 3) Authorize the\nDirector of Finance and Technology Services\nto increase budgeted revenues and\nexpenditures in the Miscellaneous Grants\nFund by the grant award amount upon\nexecution of the grant agreement.\nSTAFF REPORT
