2.I. AMENDMENT TO THE AFFORDABLE\nHOUSING LOAN AGREEMENT AT 7292\nFOUNTAIN AVENUE [L. BIERY, B. LEAGUE,\nA. BARTLE]:\nThe City Council will consider approving an\namendment to the affordable housing loan\nAgreement with West Hollywood Community\nHousing Corporation (WHCHC) for their project\nat 7292 Fountain Avenue to extend the\naffordability term by an additional 55 years.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve\nAmendment to Affordable Housing Loan\nAgreement subject to any escrow modifications\nthat implement the attached form Agreements\nand approval from City Attorneys' office; and 2)\nAuthorize the City Manager or designee to\nexecute documents incident to the Agreement.\nSTAFF REPORT
