FOR DESIGN,\nPURCHASE, AND INSTALLATION OF\nFURNITURE, FIXTURES, AND EQUIPMENT\nAT CITY FACILITIES [S. CAMPBELL, H.\nCOLLINS, D. GONZALEZ, E. HAMANT]:\nThe City Council will consider approving the\nuse of cooperative purchasing Agreements\nwith New Tangram, Inc. (authorized distributor\nof Steelcase, Inc.) and CORT Business\nServices Corp. for design, purchase, and\ninstallation of furniture, fixtures, and\nequipment (FF&E) at City facilities.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Authorize the\nFinance & Technology Services Department to\nissue Purchase Orders to New Tangram, Inc.,\npursuant to the Sourcewell Cooperative\nPurchasing Agreement, for design, purchase,\nand installation of furniture, fixtures, and\nequipment (FF&E) at City facilities in an\namount not-to-exceed $800,000; and 2)\nAuthorize the Finance & Technology Services\nDepartment to issue Purchase Orders to\nCORT Business Services Corp., pursuant to\nthe Sourcewell Cooperative Purchasing\nAgreement, for design, purchase, and\ninstallation of furniture, fixtures, and\nequipment (FF&E) at City facilities in an\namount not-to-exceed $200,000.\nSTAFF REPORT
