12. MOU WITH CAPISTRANO UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT FOR AN AFTER-SCHOOL PROGRAM AT PALISADES ELEMENTARY SCHOOL RECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council authorize the Mayor to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Capistrano Unified School District (CUSD) for an after-school program at Palisades Elementary School to be operated by City staff.
