Item No. 17. 2023-0583 CONSIDER APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE AGREEMENT WITH KILEY & ASSOCIATES, LLC FOR FEDERAL LEGISLATIVE ADVOCACY SERVICES (CITY COUNCIL) Recommendation: APPROVE Amendment No. 1 with Kiley & Associates, LLC to exercise a one-year term extension and increase the contract consideration by $60,000 (Exhibit 1; the "Amendment"); and AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute the Amendment, following approval as to form by the City Attorney.
