Item No. 18. 2023-0434 CONSIDER APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 1 FOR CONTRACT SERVICES WITH DEFENDIFY, INC. FOR CYBERSECURITY SECURITY SERVICES (CITY COUNCIL) Recommendation: TAKE the following actions: 1. APPROVE Amendment No. 1 to Agreement with Defendify, Inc. for cybersecurity services to extend the term for 3 years for an additional amount not to exceed $99,547.95. 2.
