Approve and Adopt Resolution No. 2023-031, nominating a Councilmember to Serve as Board Member to Represent Cities without Pumping Rights on the San Gabriel Basin Water Quality Authority It is recommended that the City Council nominate a Councilmember to serve as the Board Member representing cities without pumping rights on the San Gabriel Basin Water Quality Authority (WQA) and adopt Resolution No. 2023-031, the name of the selected nominee will be added to the Resolution in a final format with the certified votes and appropriate signatures.
