12. City Council: Acceptance of $140,000 in grant funds from the County of San Diego Neighborhood Reinvestment Program for Fire Department equipment; appropriation of these funds to the Fire Department; appropriation of these funds to the grant fund; authorization for the City Manager, or designee, to execute all related grant documents; and, authorization for the Financial Services Director, or designee, to execute the associated purchase order in the amount of $140,775 to Western Extrication Specialists, Inc.
