Continuance: Appeal of Site Plan and Architectural Review (SPC/AR) 2022-109 (Li) to permit a grading project consisting of moving dirt and the construction of retaining walls to create a new building pad, on the subject property located at 20235 Fuerte Drive, Walnut. (APN: 8709-011-015) Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Open the Public Hearing; 2. Hear the Staff Report; 3. Solicit public input on this item; 4. City Council Discussion; 5. Close the Public Hearing; and 6. Take one (1) of the following actions: a. Uphold the Planning Commission’s decision to deny SPC/AR 2022-109; b.
