17. APPROVE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT NO. 4148 WITH JONES AND MAYER LAW FOR POLICE DEPARTMENT LEGAL SERVICES RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Approve Agreement No. 4148 with Jones Mayer Law in an amount that shall not exceed $75,000; and 2. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
