11. APPROVAL OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT NO. 4150 WITH DR. ANGELICA LOZA-GOMEZ, MD, FOR EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES PROGRAM MEDICAL DIRECTOR SERVICES RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Approve Professional Services Agreement No. 4150 with Dr. Angelica Loza-Gomez, MD for Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Program Medical Director Services; and 2. Authorize the Acting City Manager to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City: and 3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
