Up to $59\nmillion in net fiscal impact revenue to the City over\napproximately 50 years\nRecommended Action: It is recommended that the City\nCouncil:\n1) Adopt Resolution No. R-2024-12, A Resolution of the\nCity Council of the City of Placentia, California\napproving the amended Infrastructure Financing Plan\nfor Placentia Enhanced Infrastructure Financing\nDistrict and the allocation of the City’s incremental tax\nrevenue from the project area pursuant to\nGovernment Code Section 53398.75 et seq; and\n2) Authorize the City Administrator, or his designee, to\nexecute all documents necessary, substantially in a\nform approved by the City Attorney.\nStaff Report\nResolution R-2024-12
