G. NOTICE OF COMPLETION - T-STREET PEDESTRIAN OVERPASS CONCRETE REHABILITATION Staff Recommendation Adopt Resolution No. 23-117, which will: 1. Accept the T-Street Pedestrian Overpass Concrete Rehabilitation, CIP Project No. 23804, from the contractor, Harbor Coating & Restoration, Inc. as complete. 2. Authorize the Public Works Director/City Engineer to execute and record the Notice of Completion for the completed concrete rehabilitation. 3. Authorize the City Clerk to release the Payment Bond 35 days from the recordation of the Notice of Completion upon verification with the Engineering Division that no liens have been levied against the contractor, Harbor Coating & Restoration, Inc.
