RELEASE OF REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL FRANCHISE AGREEMENTS It is recommended that the City Council consider: (1) Authorizing staff to release a Request for Qualifications for new City-wide residential and commercial solid waste franchise agreements; and (2) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
