5. Approval of a Professional Services Agreement with Nichols Consulting Engineers for the City of Baldwin Park's Pavement Management System (PMS) Update. It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Approve the Professional Services Agreement to Nichols Consulting Engineers (NCE) in the amount of $54,500; and 2. Authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the contract with Nichols Consulting Engineers for the development of the PMS updates. STAFF REPORT
