Approve the Professional Services Agreement to Nichols Consulting\nEngineers (NCE) in the amount of $54,500; and\n2. Authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the contract with\nNichols Consulting Engineers for the development of the PMS\nupdates.\nSTAFF REPORT
