7. Approval of a Professional Service Agreement for Communications and Social Media Services with Tripepi Smith & Associates, Inc. It is recommended that the City Council to: 1) Approve Professional Service Agreement for Communications and Social Media Services with Tripepi Smith & Associates, Inc.; and 2) Authorize the Mayor to Execute the Agreement; and 3) Authorize the Director of Recreation & Community Services to execute any associated documents needed for the Agreement; and 4) Authorize the Director of Finance Director to make necessary budget adjustment.
