Agreement Between the City of Hawthorne and Harris & Associates for Various Affordable Housing Consulting Services RECOMMENDED MOTION: Staff recommends that the City Council approve the agreement with Harris & Associates for Affordable Housing Advisory Services in an amount not to exceed $130,925, authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement and any related documents, authorize the purchase order and encumber funds for the same.
