Waive the bidding requirements pursuant to FVMC 2.36.070 Par 4 and authorize staff to issue\ntwo purchase orders totaling $514,039.80 to Rush Truck Centers of California, Inc. for the\npurchase of the following Public Works trucks through the existing cooperative contract with\nSourcewell, and authorize staff to dispose of the existing vehicles by means that best meet\nthe City’s needs:\n1.
