10. Resolution No. 2023-035 "A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park, California, Declaring its Intention to Vacate an Alley Between Bogart Avenue and Downing Avenue Pursuant to Streets and Highways Code 8300-8325." Staff recommends that the City Council: 1. Waive further reading, read by title only and adopt Resolution No. 2023-035 entitled, “A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park, California, Declaring its Intention to Vacate an Alley Between Bogart Avenue and Downing Avenue Pursuant to Streets and Highways Code 8300-8325.” 2.
